An Innocent Story.......!!!!!!!!

This incident took place when I was in std-1.
I had just moved to clas-1 & I was really very excited.
I felt as if I had grownup. It was a whole new experience for me.
So it started like this.
There was a lady teacher named Jyoti,Jyoti mam.She had the sweetest voice I had ever heard. She always talked in a nice, humble way with a cute smile on he face.
So one day what happened, I missed my lunch box & when in the recess, I searched my whole bag, but couldn’t find it.
Tears rolled down my eyes.
All my classmates were busy finishing up their lunch, but I was sitting on my bench sobbing.
Then suddenly I heard a voice, "Rahul, Why are u crying?"
I turned back & saw Jyoti mam.
I wiped off my tears & told her about my missing lunch box.
She then asked,” Why don’t we together have lunch in my room today?"
I didn’t knew what to say.
She told me to come up with her.
I followed her without saying anything.
She took me to her room. I sat in front of her in the table.
I was really very nervous & found my hands were shacking.
Then she asked me ,"have u washed ur hands?" I lamely said,” No mam."
She pointed towards the basin & said "Go & wash ur hands first”.
But I was unable to reach at the basin, as it was way too high for me.
She saw this & gave a quick smile & said, "wait! Let me wash ur hands".
After that she opened her lunch box.
There was my fav. Alloo ke paranthe. She offered me 2 of those .
In between lunch, we had a lot of chat. I was really surprised & happy .
It was the most wonderful lunch I ever had.
Then I left & got out in the playground, happiest as ever.
Days went by, I was feeling emotionally attached to Jyoti mam.
One day I brought jam-over-bread in my lunch box.
I hurried up to Jyoti mam & told her, "Mam , once u shared ur lunch with me, now its my turn.".I offered her 2 bread slices. She smiled & kissed on my cheeks.
I was standing there stunned.
Then mam asked me” What happened? Finish up ur lunch quickly”.
I felt as if I had no hunger left.
I realized I was blushing. Somehow I finished off my lunch.
She said,” Thank Rahul for sharing ur lunch with me. "
I was on cloud 9.
Few weeks later, we were having our class group photo shoot.
Everyone, including me was too excited as it takes place only once a year.
We were all asked to wear neat clothes & well polished shoes that day.
Girls came wearing bangles & some of them even wore tiny fake necklaces.
We all lined up & moved towards playground where rows of benches were arranged in an order.
We were assigned our respective positions in those benches.
Then came Jyoti mam, wearing a blue saree. She was looking like a princess.
She sat in the middle of us. I was standing 2 benches behind her.
Photographer yelled.” Ready all,Smile please”.
I was hysteric. I said "wait”. All eyes focused on me.
I reached up to Jyoti mam & pleaded "Mam please let me sit besides u,please,please,please."She laughed & said "All right".I felt a sigh of relief.
I was sitting besides Jyoti mam, MY JYOTI MAM.
On 23rd of Oct. i.e. on my birthday, I decided to express my feeling to Jyoti mam.
I finished off distributing toffees in the classrooms.
Then I reached towards Jyoti mam's room.
She was sitting there, alone, reading something.
I asked” May I come in mam?" She looked up & grinned, "Oh birthday boy, come in, come in "I reached out to my pocket & took a Dairy Milk choc. Which I bought specially for her.
She took it & said "Happy birthday Rahul.
So what did u wished today?"
I took a pause & said "I prayed to GOD, that me & u should be married."
She burst into laughter & kissed on my cheeks & said "soo sweet of you.
Of course I will marry u, but first study, eat & grow bit bigger."
I was too happy hearing that she wants to marry me, but first I had to study well.
Finally that session ended; It was summer vacations.
I didn’t wanted these vacations, coz I wont be able to meet Jyoti mam then.
I kept our group class photo below my pillow & before going to sleep ,I use to kiss her pic & say "Good Night Mam."
Somehow those dreadful vacations ended.
By now I had learned to tie my shoe laces of my own & I was too excited to tell this to Jyoti mam.
When I reached school, I saw jyoti mam more beautiful than ever.
I asked her how did she enjoyed her vacations; I told her how much I missed her.
I was happy again
It was a doomsday for me.
I got the news that Jyoti mam is leaving our school & moving to some bigger school.
In the recess I reached her room.
She was looking too excited; & I could not control my emotions.
I asked her, sobbing,” Why are u leaving our school, why are u leaving ME?"
She took out a handkerchief from her purse & wiped off my tears & gently said,”I am not leaving you Rahul. I am just waiting for you to grow up"
she laughed.
I asked again,” But is it necessary to leave ME for this?"
She didn’t said anything. She got up & came back with a red rose in her hand, which she gave to me & said,"Take this rose & give it to the girl you likes most.
If u cant find anyone, then return it back to me when u grow up. "
she grinned again & kissed me."& Don’t cry ok?"
I nodded yes & got out of the room .
I came back home with her rose in my bag.
Next day I couldn’t find Jyoti mam.
In recess, I finished off my lunch & took that rose in my pocket & got out to play.But I was in no mood of playing that day.The rose was lying in my pocket, looking crumpled & dull. I sat on the see-saw lying in one of the corners & took out the rose from my pocket. My eyes were filled with tears but I was not crying."Rahul, is ur name Rahul?”I turned back & saw a girl as sweet as the rose that mam gave me.I said, "Yes"She said, “:Jyoti mam told me to meet u. I am ur new class mate.Jyoti mam told me that we can be good friends. "She smiled & asked again, "what is that in your hand?"I grinned & said, "Ahh its a rose, bit dull though"She asked, "Can I take it?"My heart skipped a beat, that rose was the last thing My Jyoti mam gave to me. How can I give it to someone other than Jyoti mam herself? Then I decided, Jyoti mam didn’t cared for my feeling, then why should I.I grinned & said "Yes! Sure u can take it"She smiled again & said,” Thank You! My name is Priya, let’s play see-saw then."I laughed & said,” Good idea,"I was smiling again.
